Right to expect due care and reasonable skill from the employees.

Under Common Law, it is an implied duty by the employee to exercise reasonable skill and care. An employer can recover from the employee who without reasonable care and skill causes him loss. In Janeta Bank V Ahmed (1981) ICR 971, the Bank sued the manager for accepting a bad credit.
